This Service Policy explains how Empowerers delivers its training services after you enroll and pay. Empowerers is an eBay and Etsy training institute operated by The Empowerers LLP, 248/B, Gulgasht, Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.
Empowerers provides training services, not physical products. Our courses are delivered live online, through our Learning Management System (LMS) at learn.empowerers.co, and in person at our incubators. Nothing is shipped to you, and no shipping or delivery charges apply.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

- A cancelled session will be rescheduled or replaced with a recording.
- If we cancel a batch before it starts, you may move to the next available batch or request a full refund.

Missed sessions
If you miss a live session, you can watch its recording on the LMS. Missed sessions are not repeated live and are not grounds for a refund.

Your responsibilities
- Provide a working email address and WhatsApp number at enrollment.
- Arrange your own device and stable internet connection for online programs.
- Attend sessions on time and follow the conduct rules in our Terms of Service.
- We are not responsible for sessions missed due to your own internet, device or scheduling issues.
5. Refunds, Limitations and Contact
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy: requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, with less than 20% of the course accessed. Duplicate charges, billing errors or failure to receive access due to a fault on our side are resolved separately and are not limited by the 7-day window.
No guarantee of results
Our training teaches skills and methods. We do not guarantee any specific income, sales or business result. Your results depend on your own effort and on eBay, Etsy and other third-party platforms, which we do not control.
