My name is Amna Kashif, and I am proud to serve as the Incubator Manager at Empowerers Rahim Yar Khan.
As a BS Software Engineering student, I always aspired to build a meaningful career while creating opportunities for others. My journey took a significant turn when I received professional training from Empowerers' Head Office. Beyond technical skills, the training helped me develop leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
Like every journey, mine came with challenges, but each obstacle became a learning experience that strengthened my confidence and determination.
Today, I am grateful to be leading and supporting aspiring entrepreneurs and students at Empowerers RYK. My journey is proof that with the right guidance, continuous learning, and dedication, growth and success become achievable realities.
